A BI tool that finance can actually own.
Atlas Insights is the analytics layer for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't want to staff a data team to maintain Looker. Metrics are modelled in version-controlled YAML. Dashboards inherit those definitions. There is exactly one ARR.
What's included
- 140+ pre-built metrics for SaaS, manufacturing, retail, and services businesses.
- YAML metric layer modelled after dbt Metrics, with refs and inheritance.
- Native connectors for NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres, MySQL, Looker — 24 connectors total.
- Drill-through to underlying ledger entries for any number on any dashboard.
- Scheduled email + Slack snapshots; no extra license required.
What it costs
Insights is included in every Atlas plan above the Pilot tier. Pilot is $499/mo for up to 3 connectors and 1 dashboard editor. Operate (the standard mid-market plan) is $2,400/mo for up to 12 connectors, unlimited editors, and full metric-layer access. Scale is contract-priced.
What it's not
Insights is not a replacement for Tableau or Power BI for an enterprise data team that already has a clean warehouse and 6 analysts. It's the right tool when finance owns the metrics and there's no data team yet — which describes most of our 312 customers between $20M and $250M revenue.
