These Terms govern access to the Northpoint marketing website at northpointsys.example. Use of the Atlas product is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) executed between Northpoint Systems, Inc. and the customer entity. A summary of the MSA is available on request from sales@northpointsys.example.

1. Acceptable use

The marketing website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract content for the purpose of training a competing AI model, building a competing product, or generating bulk derivative works.

2. Intellectual property

The Northpoint and Atlas name and marks, the Compass-rose logo, and all design elements on this website are the intellectual property of Northpoint Systems, Inc. You may use customer-named logos appearing on this site only with permission of the named customers.

3. Disclaimer

The marketing website content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Atlas product warranties are set out in the MSA.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northpoint Systems' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the marketing website is limited to USD 100. Atlas product liability is set out in the MSA.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
